Some homes in the Texas Hill Country tell their story the moment you walk through the door. The Doss Spring Creek homestead is one of those places. Tucked into the quiet countryside outside Fredericksburg, Texas, the home traces its roots back to 1911, when German settlers built what would become the Neffendorf homestead.
