Melissa is a licensed Broker Associate located in Fredericksburg, TX and has specialized in ranch, residential, and commercial real estate since 2017. As a fourth-generation Fredericksburg landowner, she has a deep-rooted connection to the local community and extensive knowledge of the Fredericksburg and Hill Country markets.

Melissa, the daughter of a homebuilder and real estate broker, has been immersed in the industry from a young age. She holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and boasts a 20-year career in project management before obtaining her real estate license.

Her business is driven by integrity, communication, and dedication. Melissa emphasizes treating people with respect and fairness, a rare quality in the industry that she never compromises on. She believes that approaching transactions with a collaborative mindset helps achieve more for her clients.

In September 2023, Melissa joined the Kuper Sotheby’s family, combining her local Fredericksburg roots with the global reach and renowned marketing reputation of the Sotheby’s brand. By April 2024, she was recognized as a Top 10 agent companywide, covering all of Austin and San Antonio, and was invited to speak on the Top Agent Panel.

Melissa lives on a small ranch in Fredericksburg, which has been in her family since her great-great-grandparents, and shares it with her four beloved Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
